Since its inception, the SEGCF Golf Tournament has enabled us to award grants to the six schools in the southeast area. This event connects our businesses, non-profits and residents together. The idea was developed to engage our community, highlight our accomplishments and to have fun. Our Annual Golf Tournament has become our major grant funding source enabling us to carry out our mission.
In addition, the Foundation annually contributes funds to local food pantries, Guilford County Senior Resource Mobile Meals and other charitable non-profits.
Our Foundation’s greatest asset is people. The residents of Southeast Guilford County are engaged with their community. The people who live and work here love the rural setting of our area.
